If you have never been to St Augustine, Florida all I can say is that I'm sorry. I personally have lived here 15 years and am constantly finding new restaurants, parks and historical sites. A typical Friday night for my wife and I starts with a walk on the bay front, followed by a Sunset Concert in the Park and then dinner at one of the many fine restaurants located in the Historic District. After dinner we can walk around Downtown with confidence because we live in one of the cleanest, safest small cities in America.

Personally we have found Local Lenders much simpler to deal than the larger National Banks and Mortgage Companies. Choosing the right lender is an important step in the purchasing process and I for one want to be able to physically walk into the lenders office and shake them down for the best possible deal. Remember, 1 percentage point can mean thousands of excess dollars paid in interest over the course of your Home Load. Its a good idea to get this right the first time ;)
